Karolina Kurkova has been one of my favorite models for some time now. And the April 2013 issue of German Vogue just bumped her even higher on my list. The hair, the eyebrows, the legs, and the clothes….To die for!

Aunt Gig, we MUST turn your famous Peanut Butter cookies into these little gems. Let’s make them when you come down!!! (And of course, we have to burn a batch for me and Mom to enjoy) XO

I know I now live in a warmer climate, and that Summer is fast approaching… But I can never stop dreaming about getting to wear fur on a regular basis. This jacket/hat combo as seen on The Glamourai absolutely kills me! So effortlessly chic.

Now that I am back in lovely Southern Cali weather(give me about a month and it will start to get too hot for my liking), I am already daydreaming of swimsuits I need to own. And pretty much all of the Zimmerman 2013/14 collection sums up all of my wants. Fun prints, structured tops, and lots of ruffles. What more could a girl ask for?
Now who’s ready for a trip to the beach???

My family has a tradition of having our Easter party the Saturday before Easter Sunday. But this year, we are doing it one week ahead of time due to scheduling conflicts. Which means, today is egg dying time! Wahoo. Check out my sis and Mom(and myself on the right) way back in the day. I’m sure our hands were more colorful than the actual eggs.
I think this year I want to try to create these gorgeous calligraphed eggs as seen on Oh Happy Day:
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend ahead of you! Mine will be filled with egg dying(obviously), volleyball playing, margarita machine drinking, piñata stuffing, and egg hunting…just to name a few.
P.S. I think they got the inspiration for Donnie Darko from my family Easter Bunny costume….
I haven’t even been here a week, and I can already tell you that L.A. and I will become great friends again. As much as I will miss S.F. (my first business even before I got here was to find a bar to watch the Giants game at), I know that this was the right step for me. I have gotten to meet up with a few old friends and visit some great places. Oh and, first celebrity sighting was the charming Jesse Tyler Ferguson of Modern Family. I mean, it’s no Ryan Gosling, but I’ll take it. Here’s a peek at some of my adventures so far.
