This has always been my favorite birthday cake that my Dad made for me when I was a kid. I was beyond excited a few months ago when I saw one displayed in the window of a bakery in SF. It brought back so many memories that I had to walk in and talk with the pastry chef about it. I think these cakes are making a comeback! Dad, can you make one for Christmas this year??? Holiday Barbie of course
