Fitness Facts

Since I began training for my race on November 22nd, I have:

  • Ran 104 miles(maybe more, but that’s what I have written down)
  • Done Tracy Anderson’s workout DVD 4 times
  • Took Bodypump class 8 times
  • Went to Bikram Yoga 4 times
  • And did about 5200 sit ups 😉

Is is Sunday already?????

    i did all of that, but did 5201 sit-ups.
